Service Excellence
Service Excellence is a training program which focuses on creating positive first impressions and promoting loyal customers for repeat business. Certification is beneficial for anyone who is currently employed or seeking employment in the hospitality, retail or service industries.
This program was developed with the most up-to-date service theories, best practices and tools. Our workshop encourages participants to go beyond basic customer service and empowers them to create memorable service experiences for their customers.
Service Excellence Series include:
- Service Excellence eLearning (90-minute self-paced eLearning format)
- Service Excellence (full-day, instructor-led, either in-person or virtually)
- Accessible Service Excellence (full-day, instructor-led, either in-person or virtually)
- Essentials of Service Excellence (half-day, instructor-led, either in-person or virtually)
