📍Pick your Path!📍
Pick Your Path is a 5-day workshop series that focuses on career exploration and goal setting for youth aged 18-30. The workshops will be held in person at EPC on 5 consecutive days with the first cohort being July 27-31st. Dates for future cohorts will be shared at a later date.
This program combines 5 days of interactive workshops and individual sessions to help participants engage in career exploration, planning, and decision making. Workshops use tools, assessments, and professional guidance to help youth connect themselves to the local labour market and plan for their future. Assessments will include the Strong Interest Inventory, MBTI, and Career Values. The workshops will also explore practical strategies for goal setting, decision making, and retention planning.
This workshop series is ideal for young adults who aren’t quite sure what to do next, would benefit for some guided career exploration, and can commit to attending 5 consecutive days in person.
Participants must be registered with an Employment Ontario Service Provider to attend.
